Inspired by those old-school snickerdoodles — impossibly soft, tender, and melt-in-your-mouth — with a Lebanese twist. Rolled in warm baharat-spiced sugar (cinnamon, cardamom, cumin, ginger, and clove) instead of the usual cinnamon alone, they’re cozy, cakey, and gently spiced. Everything you loved about the original, made warmer. Here for the season.
Ingredients: Enriched cake flour (bleached wheat flour, niacin, reduced iron, thiamine mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid), shortening (soybean oil, fully hydrogenated palm oil, palm oil, mono and diglycerides, TBHQ, citric acid), sugar, powdered sugar (sugar, cornstarch), egg, baharat spices (cinnamon, cardamom, cumin, ginger, cloves), vanilla extract, baking powder, baking soda, sea salt.
